This is a space to conceptualize and realize our hair goals and have a place to discover and discuss the things that affect our perspectives of beauty and what that means for your personal expression.
This be a creative space, a place for discovery and learning or a retreat. I want every service to be above and beyond our highest goals. Here are some ways we can make that a reality. Let's work together to make your salon experience wonderful.
Late- Please contact me as soon as you are aware you will be running late. I will do the same for you. Services may need to be rescheduled or an edited version of original service applied if you arrive more than 15min late for an appointment. Any appointment over 15min late I may be required to change to maintain future guests and my schedules.
Re-Do- New guests will complete a full consultation before beginning any service. All questions, concerns and requirements are your responsibility to communicate at this time. We may choose to continue consulting during the service. Any problems with color or cut must be addressed within 24hrs of service completion. Please note that any desired result that required additional time or product additional to original service will be added on during re-do service. Examples of additional services include, A completely different haircut to the original result (must re-cut all over, more than 15 min cut), Additional lightness or heavier saturation from accent or partial dimensional color service, color change requiring more than toner or accent unless I offer a correction for an obvious mistake.
Examples of legitimate re-do’s include, Greys not covered, obvious lightener bleed, unbalanced hair, color wildly different then discussed and planned.
Appointment and Confirmation- Appointments will be confirmed 48hours before your scheduled appointment via text. Please cancel or reschedule no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. No shows or late appointment cancelations without rescheduling will result in online booking suspension. You may contact me directly to book future appointments. This ensures I can book your appointments during the most advantageous times for me.
Payment- Please have payment available at the end of your service. I do not accept rainchecks, Venmo, other cash apps or checks.
I accept all major credit cards, cash and google pay.
At this time I charge approximately the same as when I was working at a commission salon. I very much still appreciate tips if you appreciated my service. Tipping allows me to keep my service prices as low as possible as well as helping me keep the best product on your hair, samples available, refreshments and many other additional luxuries available in my private salon.
