Studio Policies

     Fleeting Artistry is built on collaboration, communication and mutual respect. These policies are meant to ensure every guest receives the time, care and attention they deserve. 

Communication-The results i am most proud of and my guest the most happy about always begin with open communication. Please don't hesitate to tell me if you would like a quieter appointment, need to stretch, grab a drink, order food, or have any accessibility or sensory preferences. Your comfort is incredibly important to me and a the experience.

Waivers- Certain services require consultation and signed consent form to ensure we both understand the process, risk, maintenance, and expected result. if you are uncomfortable signing a required waiver I may be unable to safely perform the service.

Late- Please text me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate and communicate any changes in my schedule and appreciate the same communication in return. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require shortening, modifying or rescheduling of your appointment to respect the time of all guests. 

Re-Dos- Every appointment begins with a thorough consultation. I encourage you to share any questions, concerns, inspiration, photos, maintenance preferences, and goals before we begin. great communication leads to great results.  

  If something doesn't feel right after your appointment please contact me within 48 hours. Ill gladly evaluate any concerns and make adjustments when finished results differ from what we discussed or from my professional standards. 

  Requests involving a change of mind, additional services or a different design than originally planned may require booking a new appointment and additional charges.

Appointments and Confirmation- Appointments will be confirmed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment via text.  Please cancel or reschedule by text or email no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Habitual no shows or late appointment cancelations may result in future appointments needing to be booked directly through me. 

Payment and Tipping- I strive to keep my prices transparent and competitive. My pricing reflects the time, education, artistry, and personalized care that goes into every appointment.  Tipping is 100% optional. Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. as a sole proprietor, I have the freedom to thoughtfully price my services. There is never an obligation to leave gratuity. The greatest compliment you can give is your trust, referrals, and continued support.  Please have payment available at the end of your service. I do not accept rainchecks, Venmo, other cash apps or checks. I accept all major credit cards, cash and google pay.
